Monitoring and maintaining all access control system and Reception Management station including remote area through Honeywell EBI Server.
➢ Troubleshooting of TAS and TEMA Server issues through remote desktop and EBI system
➢ Configuring and troubleshooting Employee Time attendance system through Honeywell EBI system
➢ Configuring and Monitoring of access control system zones and doors through EBI system
➢ Providing Zone access to employee card through access control system.

➢ Operate and monitor building management system by conducting regular inspections and report faults to avoid major failures of engineering equipment’s.
➢ Track daily control loop status & follow-up with engineering and Cross-check the status with actual as per engineering feedback to ensure safe operation of entire BMS.
➢ Maintain close communication and report day to day operational activities, Fire alarms and breakdown to line manager to ensure consistency in reporting
➢ Program time schedule for Air Condition & Lightings and regularly monitor the temperature inside the building to ensure the BOP standard settings are met.
➢ Preparing and sending Energy consumption reports, Asset integrity reports etc. to the HSE & Engineering Departments
➢ Monitor and configuring fire alarm system through its specialized fireworks application and alert site personnel of any alarm condition.
➢ Report problems to the building management using pre-determine protocols.
➢ Quarterly check-ups of all computers of the control room as part of preventive maintenance.
➢ Ensure proper maintenance of logs and records.
ADS User and Computer account Management
Attend helpdesk ticket and resolve the issues within the SLA.
