- Support the vision realization office in aligning strategies and initiatives across the different business units
- Support in developing the supply chain practices in emerging and developed organization's
- Supporting the decision maker by providing different business cases that backup the intended objective
- Support in Organisation design projects which include the organization structure and the high level job description for both the private and the public sector.
- Support in change management activation and operation within projects in both private and public sector.
- Support in reviewing and updating policies and procedures as requested by the mandated entities.
- Support in activating the change champions and define their roles in a building a better working place.
- Supply chain practice initiation and development from procurement strategies to tendering process reengineering.
- Support in making proposals to achieve new opportunists within the market by making ( benchmark, formatting, info-graphics and the added value from using our team.
