I currently have sole responsibility for both sales and P&L for all our major accounts.
This involves working closely with company executives, suppliers and end users to:
Identify new business opportunities
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
Established and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs and competitions.
Maintaining sales staffing levels by recruiting, selecting and training new employees.
Defining gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
Continuously monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitor’s activities to feed back into the company’s strategic plan.

Sales: Secured several critical contracts with key accounts including Saudi Aramco and Consilium.
 Project engineer/manager for many Armco projects such as:
o Tetra: designed the architecture and installed radio tetra devices and software to communicate between remote terminal units and the main station.
o PipeLine Optimizers: helped installation and training for an ESI product that optimize the usage of the pump stations and power saving.
o PipeLine Studio Manager: trained Aramco pipeline departments' staff to get familiar with the software which allows them to simulate the different scenarios of the pipeline network architecture.
o Water cut meter: designed the architecture and installed water cut meters to measure the amount of water in the oil "fully automated".
o RTTM: designed and installed a real time transition model for more than 500 remote terminal units "RTUs" to send/receive data thro Siemens OTN "Optical Transport Network"
o East-West Pipeline: installing a pipeline Optimizer for over 1000miles pipeline.
