Duties and Responsibilities :
Measuring the works using AutoCAD.
Preparing and submitting interim payment applications to the client, along with necessary supporting documents.
Checking and processing the variations submitted by subcontractors.
Preparing variations and obtaining approval from the consultant, along with the necessary supporting documents.
Attending kikoff meetings with subcontractors to finalize payments.
Visiting the site to verify subcontractor work and physical measurements.
Maintaining subcontractor invoices and certifying payments.
Preparing subcontract documents for quotations and negotiations with subcontractors.
Site inspection, supervision, organizing, and coordination of site activities.
Taking off quantities using Auto CAD and verifying them against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Studying tender documents (Contractual Letters, Specifications, Drawings, and BOQ) to determine
the scope of work and gather tender details.
Maintain records and documentation related to contracts and oversee correspondences in
contract management.
Preparing and compiling Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications provided
by the Architects from the Concept stage to Tender stage.
