• Responsible for Project Supply Forecasting, Demand Planning and Inventory Management & Fulfillment.
• Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects. Controlled expenditures within limitations of project budget.
• Manage material and manpower requirements. Perform preparation of invoices, variance and claims and client follow up.
• Oversee absolute procurement of the consumables, Assets and third-party business services.
• Inspect and observe demand of work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used conformed to project specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project managers to determine supply needs and ensure requirements are met on time.
• Establish procedure and supervise the half-yearly physical auditing of the documents related to Receiving, Delivery and Sales of the Materials.
• Periodic auditing of the stocks available & asset allocation and settling of discrepancies or excess materials by taking measures as per SOPs of company policy.
• Successfully communicate for cost and inventory estimations to management.
• Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies & maintain a database of approved suppliers
• Oversee the purchasing or renting for materials, supplies, equipment’s in addition to all inventory items.
• Timely conclusion & submission of GRN reports for the materials received back from client or project.
• Timely distribution of the PPE items to the workers located at different sites across the country.

Responsibilities for Logistics Management Portfolio-
• Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries & Research ideal transportation techniques, routing, and carriers.
• Coordinate with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
• Comply with laws & regulations by ensuring all the required certifications are timely done as per National requirement and project site requirement.
• Ensure no misuse of company vehicles is done by the users.

• Timely conduct periodic inbound inspection of the vehicles and equipment’s to avoid violations from the authority.
• Ensuring back-charges reports are filed for logistics expenses towards different projects and user violations.
