Standard Bank 1991-1999. During the early 1990's I was head hunted by Standard Bank to join their accelerated training program in the foreign exchange division. I successfully completed thisn programme over a period of 2 years. I was then attached to the foreign trade division, and rapidly progressed to middle management level.
Last positions held was Bureau Manager which position entailed managing a team of highly qualified foreign exchange consultants. Exchange Control Manager - this position entailed managing non residents clients'portfolios, ensuring proper investment and controls in terms of the Reserve Bank regulations; liaison with SA Resrve Bank attorneys, financial advisors stock exchange, International money markets and clients
