• Maintained excellent relationships with Business clients for community banking and small business, executed over 55+ small business clients for loans, expanded the business loan, Managed portfolio of $18M for community banking and $ 8M for small business with good rate of return from different sectors (Manufacturing, production, traders, agriculture, Pharmacies and Women entrepreneurs)
• Trained credit analysts on financial products across the branches, identified opportunities for women entrepreneur as well as other business clients to develop market and structured the product range in order to comply with the needs.
• Managed all Islamic banking business development and operation, developed bank business strategy, risk management and marketing plans designed to build relationships with current clients and bring new relationships, Advised management on Investment portfolio (Sukuk investments and Financing). Increased deposits with in a year $20M in a year and Financing facility of $10M.
