As the Sr. Executive Human Resource, I am responsible for HR Operational & Recruitment activities of Axact and BOL media network. My responsibilities include:
1) Locating potential resources from internal and external channels.
2) Screening, short-listing and scheduling interviews/written tests.
3) Conducting telephonic interviews, physical interviews and assessment sessions.
4) Employee and new hire file management, NIC verification, legal documentation.
5) New hire orientations.
6) Employee resignation management.
7) Managing overall organizational communication related to recruitment including acquiring approvals.
8) Assigning the required tasks to junior team members and ensuring their completion.
9) Processing resignations, health cards, EOBI and final settlements.
1) Developing & enlisting job advertisements, maintaining a close liaison with local universities for recruiting fresh graduates.
2) Conducting talent acquisition visits on different recruitment venues like (University Open House, Job Fairs & Site Interviews).
3) Maintaining efficient and timely recruitment practices and processes. utilizing Internet, direct search, referrals, advertising, and search firms to meet staffing needs.
4) Head hunting
5) Identifying & targeting potential resources, screening, short listing, & interviewing candidates from entry level to senior level positions.
6) Managing all the activities that lead to Internal & External employer branding.
7) Ensure completion of New Hire pre-screening document like Interview assessment & Interview feedback forms.
8) Marinating and updating employees file records.

Throughout the tenure of my degree, I have performed various research projects mostly on Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (Etisalat Group) and one on Air University. Research projects conducted were on: 1) Change Management Process adopted by PTCL 2) Introduction and progress of the Performance Management System by PTCL. 3) Myer Briggs Type Indicator and its benefits on improving teaching standards.
