o Worked on the project of Ayla Hotels at Alain, UAE.
o Coordinate all the Projects and bids.
o For Hotel Projects deal with the following systems i.e. Guest Room Management System, CCTV System, Structure Cabling System, Wifi and Data Network System, VOIP System etc.
o Preparation of LPOs, Comparison charts and Price analysis charts.
o Deal with the contractors to make sure of the ongoing projects (systems / equipments) procurement and then the implementation, testing and commissioning and report to the Project Manager.
o Being the part of Engineering Department of the Bawadi Mall, had to report Chief Engineer of the operation of the equipment and machinery I was responsible for.
o Preparation of organizational charts and manage a team of personnel.
o Handled all the confidential matters regarding the Bawadi Mall and Ayla Hotels Project at Al Ain UAE.
o I was responsible for clearance and payment of invoices regarding Bawadi Mall Maintenance.
o Preparation and follow up of all the new contracts and maintenance contracts of the Mall and Hotels.
