•2 X 155 TPH Bagasse / Coal fired boilers by Wuxi China.
•2 X 31.2 MW Condensing Steam Turbine by HTC China.
•132 KV Grid station.
•Balance of Plant and Boiler / Turbine related auxiliary system.

FFBL Power Plant consists on following major equipment.
•DCS Based Automation provided by ABB
•2 X 250 TPH Coal fired boilers by Hyundai Heavy Industries
•2 X 24 MW Condensing Steam Turbine along with generator by GE (60 Hz)
•1 x 60 MW Condensing Steam Turbines by GE (50 Hz)
•1 x 10 MW Back pressure Steam Turbine by GE (60 Hz)
•3 Oil Lubricated screw air compressor by Atlas Copco
•Fire fighting unit
Responsibilities
I am fully involved the following things
•Line checking with P&PIDs; Isometric Drawing &Piping Plans Sheets
•Steam blowing of high-pressure equipment’s and lines.
•Oil flashing of lube oil and control oil circuit.
•Hydraulic pressure testing of the line circuits.
•Chemical cleaning of the respective equipment’s.
41 MW Thermal Power Stations at Packages
for safe and optimum operations of all the plant axillaries, including 65tph boiler air compressors, water chest and water well pumps.
•Responsible for safe and optimum operation of 41mw condensing steam turbine axillaries
•Responsible for housekeeping in turbine area
•Responsible for take part in start-up of 41mw steam turbine with control room operator
•Periodically check the steam system, condensate water system, feed water system, compressed air system, fuel oil system for any in proper maintenance & leakages.
for maintaining the operation of equipment’s such as boilers, pumps, stokers, water heaters, water softeners, centrifugal chillers, absorbers, cooling towers and purge pumps.
•Control water level, dampers in boilers and fuel supply.
•Check the flow of stream to make sure about the generation of sufficient steam.
•Responsible for regulating flow of steam distribution system and maintain proper temperature of condensing and chilled water.
•Make sure that all equipment is in good condition and are operating properly.
•Responsible for maintaining all production and consumption records
•Oversee, assign and schedule the work of Power Plant Operators and others in the repair and operation of machinery.
•Responsible for checking daily logs that help to determine proper operation of equipment
•Also, provided training and instructions in the proper methods and processes
•Responsible for checking and inspecting new machinery and equipment installations
•Responsible for other duties as assigned.
