• Spearheaded all aspects of Business Development, Sales & Marketing daily coordination, planning, marketing strategy and developed and motivated the recruitment team.
• Proactively map out clients involved in the PETRONAS RAPID project (Toyo Japan, Wabag Muhibbah, PETRONAS PMC, Samsung E&C, Sapura Fabricators Sinopec China, etc.), and built-up strategy to support them for their manpower requirements i.e., new recruitment of professional to skilled workers as well as training.
