Correspondence to send emails and faxes,
HR filling, clerical work and HR responsibilities and
taking the other secretaries’ responsibilities in their absence (Sales, Receptionist & Production)
HR & Executive Secretary
Duties : Reporting to General Manager and Deputy General Manager, Arranging daily calendar, ticket and hotel booking during their travel, Monitoring the Salesmen and Messengers for their daily routine and visiting location and to support their needs upon request.

Administration Assistant
Duties : Supervising the Mandoub Ministry worker in Absence of Administration Manager.
: Controlling all stationary requests of all department and company branches including Warehouse.
: Coordinating with our travel agencies (Comp. Branch) for all ticket issuance who is eligible for ticket (2 years in services)
: Assisting the Admin. Manager for maintaining and updating all records of Employee, Mandoub route, and etc.
Executive Secretary cum Receptionist
Duties : Correspondence to send emails and faxes to the foreign dealer
