• Estimate cost of project materials and labor; prepare and submit requisitions and
monitor invoices; prepare job performance specifications for contract work and monitor
job progress and expenditures compared to budgeted amount for project.

• Responsible for submitting Provisionary Acceptance Certificate (PAC) and Key Hand Over Letter to client for approval upon finishing the projects.
• Give daily instruction to Site Supervisor and workers in project implementation and assist them as well.

• Estimates of the infrastructure projects;
• Prepares Bill of Quantity or Program of Works of Infrastructure projects;
• Inspects and supervises the construction/repair/removal and safety of public and private buildings;
• Prepares and submits technical and detailed plans, designs, specifications according to approve plans and specifications;
• Supervises/Inspects/Monitors the construction and implementation of projects
• Performs surveying and engineering works of infrastructure projects;
• Test and inspects engineering materials used in construction and repairs may be necessary to protect the municipality from the used of materials of a poor or dangerous quality;
• Prevents the encroachment of private buildings and fences on the streets and public places of the municipality;
• Inspects and reports the conditions of public property and public works to the Municipal Engineer;
• Makes recommendations on infrastructure development and progress;
• Assists Barangay Officials in project preparation and supervises the same.
