Supervise all Government Relations/Immigration matters
Insure the smooth running of TAWAM transactions in the Department of Naturalization and Residency regarding entry permits, residency visas, security checks, and police clearance within Government relations Section in coordination with the Recruitment department.
Participate in the New Arrivals and do orientation session
Answer employees’ queries regarding their employment status or their benefits.
Prepare the monthly reports of completed files according to the JCIA requirements.
Coordinate with all departments heads in order to provide filing rooms with the needed documents for the employees under them to complete their files.
Supervise filing room work and insure the smooth running of paper work related to the employees files.
Enter details of staff and follow up their visa entries, National ID entries, and passport details entries.
Participate in the New Arrivals and do orientation sessions
Prepare Awareness Sessions for all Tawam staff in the subject of Immigration
Participate in the organization of SEHA Annual Engagement Survey, and work on its action plan.
Participate in all recognition awards for customer service, On the Spot Award, SEHA Best 100 Employees.
Designs, plans, and implements SEHA's Recognition Awards Programs to be applied within TAWAM
Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
Familiar with a variety of the HR field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks per my direct supervisor’s direction.
Leads and directs the work of others (Supervising Government Relations & Filing team).
Involved in SEHA’s Engagement Survey in 2013, and 2014, by encouraging all TAWAM staff to participate in the Survey, and being able to assist on achieving the highest response rates in each year.
Managing my staff annual Performance Appraisals.
Attend and participate in SEHA’s work shop sessions in relation with HR practices ( CIPD, Pension, Excellence Retreats
Do the registration, addition of previous service, and end of service for UAE and GCC staff: Deal with UAE staff by coordinating with Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund. Deal with GCC staff by coordination with Pension and Social Security Authority.
Prepare and follow up with the HR team for completing and submitting the Monthly Report.
Coordinate with the food service & Finance for organizing the Farewell Party in the occasion of staff end of service.

Do regular maintenance of staff personnel files
Ensure all relevant documentation is in place to enable the payments of benefits and for reference.
Ensure copies of all relevant documents are filed accurately in college and duplicate copies sent to the Central Services
Using Banner HRIS system to facilitate benefits payments to process travel, tuition fees etc.
Generate and process time sheets for temporary staff when required.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of Human Resource related reports.
Where appropriate, deal with enquires from staff members on HR Policy, benefit and welfare issues
Liaise with staff in Central Services to ensure all timely information and documentation is exchanged
Any other duties deemed appropriate and necessary to ensure the effective functioning of the department
Register files for new students
Use numerical system on filing
Answer the college Switchboard
Communicate with the students and staff
Create Banners, signs, and posters for the college orientation
