1. Drafting, reviewing Group entities contracts, documents, terms and
conditions, submissions.
2. Drafting and reviewing documents before submitting to the Government
Authorities.
3. Drafting Shareholders Resolution, Board Resolutions, and all other letters
requested by the Top Management and Group entities.
4. Advice the Top Management on investment opportunities and meet
potential investors, review and assess their proposals.
5. Managing the Legal Department day to day tasks.
6. Drafting legal notices, reminders, termination agreements, etc.
7. Drafting memos, legal opinion, legal statements, and reviewing letters
received from third parties, business partners, etc.
8. Member of (VAT - Core Committee), recently the Top Management
celebrated the successful completion of the VAT registration with UAE
Government and set up the Tax Department and all other matters related to
the VAT subject matter.
9. Member Committee (Evaluation of the Contractors and all bid process and
procedures). Considered as a very senior level committee since the opinion
and recommendation will lead to the selection of the Contractors to execute
the projects.
10. Monitor and develop the legal department process, lawyers and other staff
by applying and adopting the highest standards.
11. Set up and recommending Legal Department goals and initiatives.
12. Commercial Agencies protection, updating products, trademarks,
amendments, etc. Drafting and reviewing Exclusive - Non - Exclusive
Commercial Agency Agreements.
13. Drafting and reviewing MOU, LOI, Engagement Letters and RFP's.
14. Conducting due - diligence M&A.

8. For period of (8) months during the year of 2012, I was Member of the
“Dubai Chamber Legal Committee” which discusses the new
Laws/amendment to law located in Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry
and representing the Group in the weekly meetings.

10. Contracts Management Section - Head.
11. Commercial Agencies protection, updating products, trademarks,
amendments, etc. Drafting and reviewing Exclusive - Non - Exclusive
Commercial Agency Agreements.
12. Legal Audit Project to the Group entities, the legal audit means that the
management would to have a full overview and know if all the group entities
complying with all policies, make sure all high values transaction are covered
with proper and comprehensive agreements protect our rights. The legal audit
includes but not limited to check all the agency agreements and any related
amendments and highlighted any risk might affect the financial position or the
reputation in the local or international market. The project successfully
accomplished in 2016.
