As an Operations Assistant, I am a team player ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. My responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, from handling visa application processing and document verification to assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns. I maintain relevant records and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure timely and seamless visa processing for our diverse clientele.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines the importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping. Performs additional duties as assigned by executives. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Recruits, selects, hires, and trains new call center personnel and prepares them to respond to customer questions and complaints. Prepares call center performance reports by collecting and analyzing call agents’ data. Evaluates individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management. Helps call agents with challenging customer service issues. Monitors team performance and provide tools if necessary. Determines call center operational strategies by evaluating team results and objectives. Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems. Presents monthly and annual call center action plans and objectives.
Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls and emails. Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve. Ensure compliance with company's quality systems. Identify process improvement opportunities. Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation./Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers. Offer daily feedback via verbal & written communication. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products, including performance and functional requirements of call center.
Answering phones with polite, courteous, and professional manner. Address everything from billing to delivery to digital. Ask probing questions to identify customer issue or concern. Knowing when to escalate an issue or concern. Provide online support for current print and digital subscribers. Handle all calls with customers so that the customer is 100% satisfied when the call ends. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings outlined in company policy. Meet or exceed minimum performance standards outline in company policy
Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing. Working closely with sales and marketing department.
Supports the language teacher in planning and presenting lessons. Supports the office in terms of administrative and marketing tasks and campaigns.

I've learned how to study a language and an area of the world while learning to analyze complex global affairs.
