· Organizing cross-functional team interaction, working with wide range of internaldepartments in the course of new products / platforms setup
· Interacting with sales department for product distribution
· Negotiating with local regulator and other market participants - forming view on futureregulation development of the market and relevant legislation
· Proposing ideas for the potential development of Digital Markets business line
Starting from scratch, in 2 years Structured Products line has grown into a developedbusiness, with issuance volume of more than USD 700mn equivalent, placing VTB onsecond place (by volume of issuances) on the local market
