Lead the process of conducting thorough job description reviews based on Hackman Model,
collaborating with HR managers to ensure accurate and up to date documentation of job roles,
responsibilities, qualifications, and performance expectations.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with the company's culture, policies,
procedures, and expectations.
• Leverage Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, OneDrive, and Microsoft Forms to automate HR
processes and improve data accuracy
Interpret and explain human resource policies, procedures, laws, standard or regulations to
employee and management.
• Follow up on the renewal of the annual contracts and probation period.
• Preparing the yearly form No. 2 in coordination with the branches, printing the forms, signing
from authorized person, and send back to branches & keep a copy from the stamped forms
for all branches.
Responsible for follow up medical insurance procedures.
