Duties:
Manage the Estimate budget with development team at the Initial design to avoid any
changes after tender stage.
Prepare the description of items at bill of quantities in accordance with the
design drawings and specs to avoid any claims or variations.
Monitor contract costs against budgets
Prepare and process monthly valuation under main contract agreement.
Take off quantities of major materials for procurement.
Identify and process variation to engineer/consultant including variation orders,
quantification and evaluation.
Carry out assessment for claims submitted by Contractors and Reviewed by the
Consultants
• Study project contract documents, BOQ, and specifications.
• Invoices and Coordinate with sub-contractors for smooth flow of work.
• Quantity take off for Civil Works - Structural and Architectural.
• Variation evaluation, Negotiation and Agreement of the variations costs with the Client representative on site.
• Preparing shop drawings (Concrete dimensions and Rft), Quantity Survey (QS) and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
• Site inspection for all civil works including structural and final works, ensure that the work is as per the project specifications, and issued for construction drawing and final approved drawing from authorities.
• Leading a team of 3 Forman and 24 workers to complete the assigned projects
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for smooth flow of work.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• BOQ preparation of civil works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications and design analysis
• Perform construction related services including shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, periodic construction site observation, and occasional specialized structural inspections
• Site inspection for all civil works including structural and final works, ensure that the work is as per the project specifications, and issued for construction drawing and final approved drawing from authorities.
• Supervise finishing works and ensure the quality of materials
