- Responsible for helping customers that have problems in their cars, detect the cause
of the problem and solve it.
- Maintain good relationships with customer by meeting and exceeding their
expectations.
-Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments,
vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
-Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential
cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
− Developing and implementing diagnosis and test procedures.
− Dealing with all problems either Software or Hardware.
− Ensure that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time.
− Avoid unnecessary replacement of spare parts.
− Diagnostics and repairs any faults found, performs analysis of all problems, and
sends it to the quality team.
− Inspect & test drive the vehicle on which repairs are performed.
− Perform an initial diagnosis and identifies the malfunctions & the technical error
in the car and test it if necessary before proceeding with maintenance.
− Monitor the allocation of repair orders.
− Maximize the workshop productivity by ensuring continuous workflow and
proper application of the labor time.
− Monitor the quality of the services provided by the technicians to facilitate a high
standard and raise the customer satisfaction index.
