- Assist with the administrative aspects and government transactions.
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments.
- Managing the day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and manage all appointments and meetings to ensure they happen at the required time.
- Translate reports from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Managing multiple projects across disciplines, priorities, administrative coordination.
- keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Maintain clients list, order request, translation request.
- Managing purchase orders.
- Evaluate & analyze vendors' invoices & negotiate prices with them.

- Follow up with customs and shipping companies to ensure that the shipment reach in time.
- Prepare telex transfere, letter of credit (LC).
- Follow up with suppliers and shipping companies.
