Scheduling many projects on MS Project and Primavera.
Prepare all resources for the project, including manpower and equipment.
Updating KPI
Participation in the preparation of contracts and tenders.
Assistant to the General Manager of Project Services Department.
Coordination between project managers and the project services team.
Calculate the cost of all resources and submit a monthly report.
Submitting a weekly and monthly report on the implementation of projects.
Making work site visits and making sure that work is according to schedule.
Supervising a 160-person team consisting of engineers, technicians and workers.
Prepare all safety documents related to SEC safety standards and protocol.
Monitoring and issuing of Permit to work ( PTW )and ensuring of all requirements at site
before starting the work.
Issuing risk assessment and job safe procedure for the activities at site .
Verified that workers were properly outfitted with PPE’s such as Helmets and safety
shoes etc.
Promoting safety culture awareness among workers and conducting regular safety
meetings such as toolbox talks, small group activities, safety circles, showing them safety
videos and poster.
Investigation of safety accidents, and verification of means of safety in the workplace
