I am a Mechanical Engineer, 27 years in the Automotive field. All my experience in large Automotive distribute in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. In Egypt with Mitsubishi & Nissan . the last 14 years in Saudi Arabia with Abdulatif Jameel Toyota & Lexus.Nowadays, I am a Service Manager in Aljomaih GMC dealer in Saudi Arabia.
I always believe in thinking out of the box, and Establish new methods to find solutions in our problems we facing to achieve our KPIs.
In 2012 I was a Toyota National Service Adviser category. After Japan Journey, I became another person, thinking deeply about how to solve many problems in our workshop that we are facing in our daily bases.
