• Supervise and manage activities of accounting transactions.
• Maintain accuracy integrity of transactions and underlying data in key areas including: General Accounting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, VAT rules and reporting method.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of closing process.
• Analyze and present to financial manager month end and closing reports such as trial balance bank reconciliation statement.
• Prepare & check monthly, quarterly &half yearly Accounts statements and reports for review of finance manager and produce same for external auditing after approval of finance manager.
• Maintain and supervise timely entries in fixed assets register in case of any addition and deletion.
• Prepare and update and circulate statement of accounts of customer and suppliers in order to manage correct receivable and payable in books.
• Monitor and guide accountants for processing correct entries in program on regular basis.
• Review all payments for validity and authentication before submitting to management.
• Review sales reports prepared by accountants on periodic basis.
• Review suppliers statement coordinating and reconciling.
• Monthly follow up VAT report to and prepare it for finance manager to review it.
