Starting as an HR Auditor position with a team of one and a sole purpose of HR Quality Assurance & Control, by excellence, dedication, variety of skills and wide knowledge, I've managed to prove my worth of taking more responsibilities and contributing in initiating my own department (Development & Training) leading a team of 10.
Development & Training Manager Main Responsibilities:
1- HR Quality & Control
a. Reviewing, Updating & Controlling HR Policies, Procedures, Structure & Forms.
b. Control each department positions & job description.
c. Identify procedures weaknesses & providing solutions.
d. Perform periodic auditing & risk assessment.
e. Identify non-compliance practices.
f. Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors.
2- Organizational Development
a. Develop the company organizational chart coordinating with departments GM.
b. Develop & improve departments operations by providing procedure assessment & workload analysis.
c. Redesign HCM structure based on the actual structure & build department & positions tree.
d. Reorganize HCM approvals based on policy & work requirements.
e. Analize company jobs & positions responsibilities, work requirements, Position skills & competencies.
3- Engagement
a. Improve internal communication methods.
b. Raise the employee engagement through several activities, events questionnaires, and contests.
c. Manage the company internal events & support the external events.
d. Develop internal creative team.
e. Started HHA History Awareness Program.
f. Speaker of HR Educational Workshop for Managers.
4- Talent Management
a. Creating the company succession plan for overage & Senior Management.
b. Improve the company career path with the goal of creating several promotion opportunities.
c. Improve employees assessment criteria & programs.
d. Design training programs for the employees based on position requirements & succession plan.
e. Coordinate with government development & training programs.
As an HR supervisor part of my responsibilities was to maintain the
work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for
all positions, to maintain organization staff by establishing (recruiting,
testing, and interviewing program), to prepare employees for
assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
programs, to maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;
scheduling and conducting job evaluations Ensures planning,
monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training
managers to coach and discipline, to maintain management guidelines
by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies
and procedures.
Fluor is a multi-national corporate that has a productive and developing environment where I thrived as an HRM assistant which my responsibilities included; assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, administering compensation and benefit plans, assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development, providing support to employees in various HR related topics such as (leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems), promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies, maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
As a startup company and after a small period of time as a secretary I managed to take a step forward to be “HRM Assistant” where I provided clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, compiled and updated employee records (hard and soft copies), processed documentation and prepared reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc), coordinated HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes, dealt with employee requests regarding human resources (issues, rules, and regulations), assisted in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc), properly handled complaints and grievance procedures, conducted initial orientation to newly hired employees.
I started as a sales representatives then I find my way to become a
“sales supervisor” with several responsibilities as recruit, hire, and
train new sales representatives, receive and report on all sales leads,
supervise sales representatives and assistants, maintaining a solid
customers feedback were my responsibilities towards them are;
making customers feel welcome to ask any question about our
products sold, exercising patience with those requiring extra
assistance, help customers select the ideal materials for their thobes,
helping customers to coordinate fabrics and pair them with the
appropriate accessories, suggesting appropriate sewing patterns and
sewing supplies, making customers feel as if they are in a hospitable
environment in which they are acknowledged, overseeing salesmen
