Give the supported information to PMC, attending meetings with Contractors, MO and Client
Delay analysis for contractor’s claims, give recommendations to PMO for contractor’s EOT
Prepare Tender schedules associated with Resource allocating, Cost Loading
Prepare Detailed time Schedule loaded with cost and resources.
Follow up with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams to collect and verify project progress to update the schedules, review critical path, and progress percentages and flag any delay and recommend solutions for delay mitigation
Prepare Claims for EOT using Window Analysis. and prepare revised schedule, while make recovery schedule in case of delay and no approved EOT.
Interact constantly with the Site Project Managers and Construction Managers then provide direct assistance and support to keep the project schedule up to date
Prepare detailed Baselines based on the contract’s documents and updates schedules
Monitor critical path on the project schedule and notify the project management for any potential delay.
Prepares and submit updated cash flow curve that reflecting the planned and actual progress and identify areas of weakness and take proper recovery action
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly reports and dashboard reflecting work progress summary.
Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
