• Monitoring, adjusting, analyzing all accounts (cash, bank, receivables, payables, prepaid & accrued exp, assets, inventory ..etc)
• Preparing timely periodic financial reports and statements reported to higher management.
• Annual budgets and perform periodic budgetary control all over the year.
• Monitoring periodically revenues and expenditures compared with the same in budget and studying the trends for fixing deviations or any negative findings.
• Monitoring, training, directing subordinates' performance and distributing and authorizing their responsibilities in the accounts dept.
• Assuring that all company policies and system procedures are strictly adhered
• Cooperating with external auditors in interim and year-end auditing and replying all their requirements

• Establishing the company new accounting system linked with all departments like planning and estimation, sales dep, operation dep, procurement, warehouse dep and HR dep through implementing FOCUS-ERP system for managing and control the work flow documentation for whole company.
• Participating in interviewing and selecting new qualified staff for accounting departments and monitor them and their performance during the probation period and prepare final evaluation report at the end of the period to HR department to finish their contract procedures.
• Participating in setting and built the company master budget which started by sales budget, production budgets, procurement budget and General and admiration budget.
• Insuring that financial transactions and events recorded in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Manage fixed assets and working capital and cash budget.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiative corrective actions, minimizing the impacts of unfavorable variances.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution and financial reports
• Understand and mitigate key elements of company risk profile, and report risk issues to CEO.
• Insure that the company complies with all appropriate legal and regularly government requirements followed in KSA .
• Insure that records keeping system meets the requirements of Internal, external auditors and governments departments and IFRS .
• Checking and approve Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis
• Analyzing company capital structure and looking for external source of additional finance.
• Confirm Reconciliation of bank statements monthly basis
• Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing reports
• Filling Monthly VAT Returns.
• Reconciliation of GOSI fees on Monthly Basis ..
• Participate in setting the strategic plans and annual budget for the company
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including treasury.
• Monitors revenue and expenses while coordinating collection, consolidation and review of all financial data
• analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Monitor general ledger, branch accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
• Schedule payments and receipts considering the company overall cash flow
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
