Field Monitor (Food Resource Program), WVI and WFP, Za’atari Refugees Camp, Mafraq, Jordan.
Duties:
• Experience analyzing programmer output and outcome data.
• Focal Point relation between WVI and other Ngo in Za’atari camp for Child Protection in Emergencies (CPIE).
• Monitoring Distribution process for the schools.
• Make daily field reports ( Waybills, stock release, Attendance sheets ).
• Keep comfortable working environment between workers .
• Keep the kitchen supplies sorted and maintain to order what missing on time.
• Monitoring on the daily production process for Healthy Meals.
• Check the attendance sheet for the kitchen workers to be signed and prepare it bi weekly on an excel sheet.
• Supervise the kitchen workers and ensure the standards operation procedures (HACCP) are in place during the kitchen operation.
• All HACCP forms and records should be filled in daily basis and up to date.
• All the GRN should be filled at the same date of receiving the goods.
• All Workers should have health certificates.
• All the waybills should be signed for all the meals send out to schools.
• Ensure all the required food and non-food materials are available for the kitchen operation.

Duties:
Introduce and help kids to join Makani project which provide:
1. Teaching kidswho doesn’t attend school (non-formal:
reading, writing, math).
2. Psychological and Psychosocial support.
3. Using life skills.
Keep track of kids improvement and attendance.
Help and support community committees.
Lunch awareness campaigns in local communities.
