Job purpose :
Developing the talent pipeline in the company, improving its sourcing methods, and achieving specific goals and results for the human resources department and the organization
Responsibilities :
• Respond to internal and external inquiries or requests related to human resources and provide assistance
• Forward HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person on the team
• Maintain records of personnel related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and database and ensure all staffing requirements are met
• Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
• Support the recruitment/recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting with shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
• Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc. and maintain the team's agenda
• Coordination of training courses and seminars
• Perform directions, setup and update records with new appointments
• Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback
• Support other functions as assigned
