• Prepared based on the Overall Project Schedule according to the Sub-contract jointly with Clint the Baseline Schedule ( using Primavera P6 for EPC project )
• Elaborate the Project monitoring system with respect to WBS & allocating weightage
• Prepared the Overall Schedule of Level 4 for all activities and constantly focus on the possible optimization of durations of individual activities, their sequencing etc. in line with actual progress of the Works thus to observe the potential time contingency .
• Regularly monitored the Overall project progress with respect to approved schedule and measurement system including the individual milestones of DTO, CTO, MHO, TOP
• Prepared S-curves for the Overall Project and monitor the progress of the Works with respect to the same and up-date in line with the actual Progress achieved in different Areas.
• Evaluated and control the Construction productivity of individual disciplines

• Prepared the Action Plan & Risk evaluation including the solution accelerate the Works in the areas/activities with the slippage observed

• Monthly invoicing of the Directs Works and control all necessary the Invoices to be ready for Clint approval.
• Follow and control the status of monthly Invoices issued towards Clint & to up-date regularly the S-curve with respect to Overall Budget and its Breakdown to the Main Portions of the Sub-Contract Price.
