• Material Requirements Planning for production electrical transformers, panels, substations, feeder
pillars, power factor correction panels by preparing bills of materials from designs for each
product, making Purchas order for raw materials by ERP system (Oracle).
• Production planning and scheduling the annual sales plan into a monthly and weekly production plan according to priorities of raw materials and manufacturing process.
• Monitoring inventory stock and following-up with procurement and logistics team.
• Monitoring and controlling overall performance and productivity and making KPIs analysis.
• Managing daily, weekly, monthly and annually reports.
• Taking necessary actions to cope with any updates and changes in production and sales plan.
• Making designs of electrical panels, feeder pillars, Substations, power factor corrections panels using AutoCAD and Solid Works.
