Assures the receptionist tasks and answering phone calls, Translate news papers from Arabic and English to French, translate speeches between Ambassador and visitors. Assistant to the Consular Unit issuing visa's. consular cards, birth certificates, legalization of documents ect.....
Plan, develop and implement public relations strategies;
- Liaise with individuals and other Organizations;
- Collate and analyze media coverage;
- Translate important news, speeches, articles and submit weekly and monthly reports;
- Organize different events;
- Ensure the secretarial tasks in case of need and in the absence of the secretary;
- Ensure the tasks of the financial assistant when necessary and in the absence of the assistant in charge;
- Ensure the reception and incoming calls when necessary and in the absence
of the person in charge and regularly updating the Diplomatic list;
- Ensure the issuance of pilgrimage visas with the supervision of the Consular;
- Process all exemption requests and submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- Makes requests for diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities;
- In charge of translation and interpretation from French to Arabic and English, vice versa
Monitoring deliveries of supplies and equipment to the Organization, ensure the effectiveness of Contracts implementation of service, with an aim to achieve probity and proper performance of obligations by all parties. Monitor implementation of work program, Standard operating procedures policy initiatives and projects; Monitor and analyze information preparing audit responses related to the Unit; Maintain the Unit electronic and hardcopy files and records. General Administration, Logistics tasks: Human Resources, translate contracts, welfare activities.
*General Administration:
- Guide and orient patients to the correct doctor;
- Arrange appointments of Doctors according to their agenda;
- Answer to patients queries;
- Keeping a good record of several doctor’s agenda;
- Updating medical records and filing.
*Administrative Office Management;
- Orientation of patients;
- Taking patient medical histories;
- Installation and coordination of meetings and conferences;
- Supervise in the collecting and maintenance of the medical stocks;
- Perform all necessary translation.
