I have provided high-level administrative support to the executive and director and
organized their meetings, travels, and schedules.
- Collected the client's demands to help analyze, predict, and present to the executive and
the director for the market demand to approve the process to import and purchase the
supply.
- I coordinated all internal meetings for the executive and the directors. I took the lead in
setting the agenda, emailing the participants, arranging the meetings, conference rooms,
taking the meeting minutes and the action points and following up.
- Liaise with the companies and the supplies to provide certificates of analysis, free seal
certificate and certificate of origin to re-register with the ministry of agriculture and
Irrigation.
- Collected from all the departments their office needed supplies, submitted the purchase
request and coordinated with the logistics for the delivery on time.
