- Perform (availability and performance) the configuration changes activities and duties for entire network using the network Management tools.
▪ Perform the NOC tasks and duties in accordance with the predefined KPIs, methods and procedures.
▪ Handling customer complaints with coordination with customer operations.
▪ Continuous and effective coordination and follow-up with other teams respect all network/customers activities (Customer operations, maintenance, engineering, etc).
▪ Perform Fault localization and troubleshooting.
Respond to incoming trouble tickets from the help desk.
- Use Orion web console to collect information from routers and switches.
- Install and Maintain Access switches (2960, 3750, 3850, 3550).
- Fixing and find out the daily network issues on the switches and troubleshoot it with Level 2 support.
- Working on different network services, such as IP phone, IPTV, security camera, Fire Alarm, Wireless AP)
- Working on different shifts.

File integrity as part of PCI -DDS compliance.
• Monitor Windows, AIX, Linux, critical files
• Monitor Directory services
