Responsibilities
From Solb Steel side I am the only person responsible for
commissioning of the both Steel Plant and Rolling Mill from the
Scratch.
Worked along with SMS Concast and SMS Meer Engineers in order to
Commission the Level 2 System and integration with SAP.
In order to run Level 2 System smoothly, I am responsible for Models
& Services (Maintaining EAF Preparation Pro les in Level 2, Problems
recovering, Performance monitoring and parameter tuning, back-up
and recovery)
Responsible to run (Automate) the EAF, CCM and RM through Level 2
and giving 24X7 support.
Oracle Database (System monitoring and optimization, Security
administration, Data analysis, back-up and recovery)
Developing and maintaining Level 2 reports in standalone PC as well
as in Online Web Report using .NET, so that Managers can see the
reports from anywhere.
Maintenance of Hardware and Networking.
Responsible to train Level 2 Systems newly joined operators.
