Coordinate and manage the human resource-related functions for
the Hospital, including recruitment, compensation administration,
personnel records, employee contract administration, Equal
Employment Opportunity, and compliance by the Hospital of
personnel policies and Government laws and requirements.
Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff,
administers salaries, pensions and benefits, and looks after the
health, safety and compliance by the Hospital of personnel policies
Provide all hospital services to customers, and assistant IT manager
for any technical or maintenance issue.
Supervising patient services staff, Maintain and enhances providing
patient services by organizing and evaluating services that Providing
