Global Mobility and HR Operations Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for all mobilization accounts, overseeing client escalations, contract negotiations, and
service delivery performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6 mobilization and HR professionals, driving performance, accountability, and client satisfaction through defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Partner with clients to forecast workforce needs, identify future mobilization requirements, and co-develop delivery pipelines to meet evolving project goals.
• Own account development and retention, ensuring long-term partnerships through consistent service quality, trust-building, and proactive engagement.
• Conduct QBRs to assess account health, highlight performance metrics, and align on strategic priorities.
• Work closely with internal BD and commercial teams to identify and pursue account expansion opportunities, including upselling bundled services.
• Ensure all accounts operate in full compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and internal governance policies.
• Manage high-volume onboarding and offboarding processes for client-deployed contractors across multiple industries.
• Oversee HR operations for 5000+ employees under company sponsorship, managing Iqama validity, GOSI, health insurance, and visa-related tasks.
• Own TOS workflows, processing 200-300+ monthly requests with full legal and operational compliance.
• Handle all employee service requests including: Family Visit & Permanent Visas, Exit/Re-entry Visas, Iqama renewals or modifications, Passport updates and documentation changes, MoFA and Chamber of Commerce attestations,
Employment/salary/experience letters.
