Key responsibilities: Accurately administrating the compensation includes monthly payroll and benefits (leaves management, business trips, school fee, loan) etc. Cooperate & coordinate with payroll to ensure data accuracy which sent from sites. Act as a coordinator and point of contact for employees and management for all employee relations and workplace matters. Participate in the termination and off boarding process, ensuring that it is done fairly and in compliance with laws. Stay informed and up to date about changes in employment laws and make necessary policy adjustments Staff travel management (Leaves, Air tickets etc., ) approvals and contractual negotiations. Assist in workers leave, resignation & termination. return to work dates and prompt resolution of the claims. Managing attendance and act accordingly for 7500 blue collar and 300 white collar workers. Printing external letters to (Immigration, Banks, Embassies etc.., ) as per the employee request. Arbitrating staff disputes/grievances/disciplinary actions in coordination with legal. Data Entry and Document Control . Other duties assigned by the department manager.
