Key responsibilities: Accurately administrating the compensation includes monthly payroll and benefits (leaves management, business trips, school fee, loan) etc. Cooperate & coordinate with payroll to ensure data accuracy which sent from sites. Managing attendance and act accordingly for 7500 blue collar and 300 white collar workers. Printing external letters to (Immigration, Banks, Embassies etc.., ) as per the employee request. Arbitrating staff disputes/grievances/disciplinary actions in coordination with legal. Data Entry and Document Control . Other duties assigned by the department manager.
