maintain and process payroll records and reports for accurate accounting of salary due, accruals, deductions, and other payroll functions.
Monitor account distribution of salary payments, including correcting any prior distributions as needed.
Gather and analyze payroll data and prepare various payroll reports using the HRMS Application.
Respond to employee queries regarding leave payments, monthly salaries, and other payroll-related details, utilizing the HRMS Application.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and entitlements.
Prepare bank processes for opening labor bank accounts.
Generate payroll reports for top management review as required.
Prepare month/year-end entitlement summaries and other relevant reports.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll processes and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
Preparation of travel authorizations, salary certificates, etc.
Maintain indemnity and vacation provision.
Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
Review conditions and readiness off accommodation to receive new staff or transfer Staff from one location to other.
Manage and control the housing contracts, Conduct inspection for the accommodation.
Oversee the housing maintenance issues with subcontractors and maintain records.
Receiving new staff at the airport, make sure their documents are in order, pickup and distribute Salary advance for them.
Coordinate with government formality Department to transport staff back and forth for Medical, Finger print, Orientation,
and other events.
Conduct investigations of all incidents taken place and submit full report to HR.
Coordinate with operations the transfer of staff housing as per business need.
Manage the transportation contract and oversee bus driver’s status, buses maintenance and maintain records
Record keeping of salary advances and SIM cards for new joiners.
Search for new housing solutions for the business.
Managing delivery fleet derivers schedule, buses and delivery fleet maintenance and maintain records.
Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws,
regulations, and management policies.
