Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee on behalf and provide the HR Operation Services for all Ksa Branchs, such as, Review & Approve Contracts, Provide manpower, Issue required letters for the employees, , Leaves, Employee Evaluations, Salary Increments ... etc.
• Oversees follow-up of daily work for HR Team
• Oversee administrative services.
• Any Additional tasks instructed by the HR & Admin Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and provide the HR Operation Services for all our Projects in North Region, such as, Review & Approve Contracts, Provide manpower, Issue required letters for the employees, , Leaves, Employee Evaluations, Salary Increments ... etc
• Oversee administrative services, ( Camps, Security Group, Car Rental )
• Oversees follow-up of daily work for HR Team
• Oversee for maintaining all filing in human resources management.
• Oversee administrative services.
• Planner for HR Section development.
• Any Additional tasks instructed by the Area Project Director North Region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling all HR functions as following:
• Personnel
• Recruitment
• Payroll
• Oversee all Government Systems (Labor Office, MUQEEM, Chamber of Commerce, GOSI).
• Oversee & provide the HR Operation Services, such as Recruitment Process, Review & Approve Contracts, Issue required letters for the employees, Business Trips, Leaves, Employee Evaluations, Salary Increments ... etc.
• Oversee administrative services, (Business Cards, Card Readers, Internet, medical insurance).
• Oversee all staffing and personnel requests to ensure that business is not interrupted and employees perform their work efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee Employee Master Data Updating (Renew employee contract, verify & update employee records, and employee Master Data Updating in system).
• Working with the ERP system provider on activation and implementation.

• Prepare and implement a salary and benefits scale.
• Prepare and implement HR policies.
• Plan for Company development in general.
• Support for any additional tasks requested by the Executive Management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Following the HR Policies and Applying the approved instructions and procedures.
• Recruitment process for skilled and unskilled labors inside the KSA.
• Responsible of interview and CVs sort
• Receiving employees request and inquiries to solve them, provide advice, and follow up with the other sections.
• Responsible for Medical Insurance, Gosi.
• Evaluation of staff performance and assists in the implementation of disciplinary actions.
• Responsible for maintaining all filing in human resources management.
• Coordinating and communicating activities for the Office, including all employee events.
• Perform all tasks instructed by the HR Manager.
