- Maintained detailed procedure for recruitment & developed up-to-date staff roster list.
- Leased with recruitment agencies on the telephone and in writing for new staff under direct supervision of
GHR director or delegate.
- Prepared offer letter for successful candidates, prepared labor contract for new recruits.
- Generated yearly staff appraisal report for follow up & maintained the manning of the company &
updated the list regularly.
- Ensured all employees' files are updated with optimal correspondence, change the status & disciplinary
letters & performed all other duties that may be assigned to my position.
- Involved in all employees’ arrivals & departures, coordinated with GHR director in quieting new
employee & updated staff notice boards periodically.

- Handling the employees’ contracts, its details, revision, its affairs and record them in the Ministry.

management of H.Q.
- Handling the whole responsibilities in the HR Manager absence and running the HR Dept. role.
- Getting the consultation as for the issues facing our department such as: the lawyer, labor office, HR
Directors from other companies and HR agencies.
- Handling the final settlement for the resigned employees and the cancelations from the insurance
company and social insurance.
- Following the company’s fees and funds with the companies which dealing with us such as:
insurance company and the HR companies.
