Fleet Supervisor
-Report on vehicles that have been parked for
more than two days in branches and warehouses.
-Report on vehicles approaching sale, withdraw
them and prepare them for auction.
-Monitor the operation of rental branches, and
supply them with vehicles to increase utilization
rates.
-Generate a monthly report on the requirements
of the regional fleet based on operational
percentages.
-Monitoring the fleet in branches involves
identifying vehicles in need of maintenance and
addressing other relevant aspects. Withdraw
these vehicles, complete the necessary
procedures, and send them to the maintenance
center.
-Prepare a report on damaged vehicles and
submit it to the Operations Manager in the
region
