Responsible for HR transactions -leave, benefits, etc and ensuring that policy and procedures are followed.
Keep track of the official records & maintain a systematic filing of all documents.
Updating all employees data base, processing leave applications etc.
Update & verify employees and staff’s personal file from time to time.
Co-ordination and follow up with Visa applications and status, insuring compliance with the labour law.
All administrative duties have been performed independently.
