• Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation
• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly
• Repair, pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances
• Carry out routine checks to ensure train safety through a complex laptop fault diagnosis
• Install, operate, maintain, and repair the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration
• Dynamic Test, Testing of all types of brakes and acceleration to achieve customer standard
• Perform functional Test, we make sure that all the train systems are running perfectly
• Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment in rolling stock
• Responsible for performing modifications in rolling stock as per defined protocol
• Software installation in different rolling stock equipment, troubleshooting of rolling stock equipment
• Overhauling for 3-Phase AC Motor by changing the bearing and Coupling Rubber Bush
• Carry out routine and type tests with engineers

• Perform functional Test(GFT), we make sure that all the train systems are running perfectly
• Performing modifications in trains to make sure all fleet in high quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance duties to ensure that trains are in good condition and meet quality and safety standards
• Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment in rolling stock
• Software installation in different rolling stock equipment, troubleshooting of rolling stock equipment
• Performs routine vehicle inspections, makes sure all electrical and mechanical equipment is in good condition, ensuring operating and safety standards
