Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up the daily/monthly maintenance of the store with the maintenance companies contracting with them in coordination with the store manager (elevators, pest control, forklift, cleaning company) Registration of new employees on the attendance and departure fingerprint machine. Coordination between the Personnel Administration regarding staff residencies and annual and emergency leave. ecuring and distributing the official uniform for the store and ID work Securing the items needed by the store (hygiene materials / sugar / tea / coffee etc.) Preparing the monthly payroll for employees after studying and following up the attendance and departure report, sick leaves, overtime)
• Printing correspondence / quotations and others (Arabic and English)
• Save incoming and outgoing mail. Arranging periodic meetings.
• Sometimes providing stationery or anything the store need it after studying the best price offers.
• Preparing a monthly report on the employees for the store manager to facilitate the distribution of the monthly commission Designing posters to push the sales process Securing cash salaries for new employees whose names are not listed in the bank Preparing the petty cash disclosure and securing its disbursement.
