Providing new suggestions and ideas to clients to develop the content that the influencer will present if it is on social media or an on-ground event.
Negotiating with influencers to get the best price for the campaign, whether on the ground or as a digital campaign.
Analyze and measure the campaign and draft a post-campaign report.
planning multiple events at once whether its a digital campaigns or media coverage. Meet the clients and coordinate with them regularly also understanding requirements and details of each event from the clients .
Creating event proposals and presentations .
Choosing and working on influencers list to invite them to the event or briefing them for digital campaigns they will working on their platforms.
Following up with the digital team what the client needs from designs and content also coverage the events to reach for his goals .
Management and supervision of the event on its day, as well as solving problems and following up with the media team to cover the event in a good and appropriate way for it.
Planning events aspects, such as venue, food and beverage and also organizing with the media team how will cover this event and briefing for each department who will work on the event .
Creating reports for what we did, what we gain and what we still need. Keeping in touch with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event .
Submit reports after events for the clients.
Responsible for taking a brief of what the client’s need .
Communicate between clients and the team to ensure what they need is delivered and distributed in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on client account status.
Responsible for maintaining and developing a strong relationship with our clients.
Organizing events and exhibitions .
Scheduling an appointments with clients for a brief of their requirements . Managing campaigns on social media .
Responsible for media production (printing material, campaigns, activations and promotion) for the clients in various fields .
