• Creates a product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for multiple teams/products

• End-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
• Lead & facilitate in-person research to gain deep customer understanding and empathy.
• Accountable for product-specific KPIs once the solution enters production and communicates regularly
• Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance
• criteria for their team.
• Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
• Passion for understanding customer needs and pairing with data and great design to elegantly solve problems.
Showed success in being responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation.
• Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos
• Key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team daily
• Integrates usability studies & research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design
• Create wireframes and UX design experience, with deep empathy for our customers.
• Own and write comprehensive growth product feature specifications, user stories & epics
- Assume all responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day e-commerce operations by effectively managing Leads and Associates.
- Work with direct reports to execute the accurate processing of e-commerce orders.
- Ensure e-commerce team operates in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversees the productivity of E-commerce platforms and performs excellent customer service, secures and ensures the accuracy.

- Contribute to the overall web E-commerce based product, suggesting improvements to the
product and overall development and testing process.
-Ensure the site meets or exceeds key performance indicators and goals.
The Product Compliance teams ensure that Amazon transactions satisfy legal and safety requirements in compliant with guidelines set by regulatory bodies. We coordinate with aspects of identifying the risk involved in handling a hazardous product while storage and transport and classifying products with appropriate hazmat attributes. We are responsible to provide hazmat flagging for products that involves compliant classification, labeling and packaging of hazardous products, which enables fulfillment/warehouse associates and customer aware of the risk involved and measures to handle and transship the products without any incidents or undeclared. Your job responsibilities as a Senior Compliance Associate may include: -Ensure that the imported products have been tested in certified laboratories and that they comply with the legal requirements of the importing country; -Classify products based on their potential hazardous risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes; -Take appropriate actions in order to protect customers from recalled or unsafe products; -Identify and remove from the website products that violate our Restricted Products policies and proactively satisfy Amazon’s regulatory obligations for these products.

Deliver service and support to end-users via phone, remote connection, or on-site visit
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries,

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving application errors
and database connectivity
Research required information using available resources Follow standard processes and
procedures.
Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications Redirect problems to
