To provide an input to the Quantity Surveyor for payments .
To coordinate among the Architecture, Electrical and mechanical work.
To submit inspection requests for the work completed.
To ensure that work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings.
To reduce the wastage of material and to increase the manpower productivity.
To interact with client and consultant regarding the status of work.
To complete the necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control.
To update drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
To check all installations in preliminary stage.
