Preparing and maintaining work Instruction and Quality plan that are required to carry-out Production activities.
Maintaining documented procedure to control documents and data required by quality Standers.
Maintaining documented procedure for products indentification and traceability.
Carry Process activates under controlled conditions according to the specified procedures and work-instruction.
Responsible to do corrective and preventive actions whenever required and ensure it is effectiveness.
Supervising Handling of Raw-material and finished products during production stages.
Following up the housekeeping inside the mill building.
Controlling and analyzing the downtime and scrap.
Increased the utilization of manpower by having a monthly & annual plan, good preparation and storage of spare parts and monthly training of technicians.
Analyzed the company procurement process based on historical data and questionnaire results which led to the identification of the weak points in the system.
Responsible for the operating and controlling of all machines in the flour mill building.
Controlling Hygiene programming of 128 machines and 126 Bins (Flour bins, Wheat bins, Bran bins and Screening bins).
Controlling the manpower technical and worker around 140 persons.
Controlled all additives to Wheat Flour and Vitamins.
Controlled all Wheat, Wheat flour and wheat bran analysis.
Utilities Maintenance and Operation- Engineer
. Managed maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of all 11 Packing Machine mechanical Equipment including compressors & piping of packing section
. Supervised the start up and operation of an air separation plant and trained 25 technicians on operation of plant.
. Prepared and managed an annual spare parts budget of $100, 000 for 189 items.
. Saved 0.003% loss of production by modifying the plan sifter sieves.
. Saved 400 KW loss of Roll Mill power by modifying the Roll passages and stopped some passage.
. Increase yearly Wheat Flour Extraction from 1.5% to 2.0% by modifying the Plan sifter Sieves C10 sections.
. Utilities Some lines and some Bins by modifying the Diverters Flaps and Recycle the Lines.
.During my work period I give around 20 ideas and established 15 ideas.

تم العمل في مارس 1999 في ادارة الانتاج مساعد طحان وتم التدرج الى عدة وظائف مرورا بوظيفة طحان ومساعد كبير الطحانيين الى كبير الطحانين حتى 2012
ومن ثم تم التحويل الى ادارة الجودة وظيفة مدير ادارة تاكيد الجودة حتى الان
تم اظافة وظيفة ممثل الادارة MR عام 2014 حتى الان ونقوم بعملية التدريب الى جانب الوظيفة داخل الشركة فى مجال الانظمة والجودة والانتاج عملية الطحن

تم اجراء البحث النهائي على خطوط الطحن التجارية وليست المعملية لهذا تعتبر اول رسالة ماجستير في هذا المجال في الشرق الاوسط تنفذ على مطاحن تجارية قدرتها 750طن قمح في اليوم ونتائج الدراسة اعطت مردود واضح عمليا واقتصاديا وتم استخدام طريقة السنبلكس في اجاد الحلول المثلى في عملية انتاج المنتجات المختلفة من الدقيق
