JOB DUTIES:
-collect the forecast from planning) .
-Request the approved suppliers performance from Q.C
-set plan to secure all requirements from approved suppliers.
-set plan to evaluate new suppliers to meet the requirement and
the material which has sole supplier.
-Request related PRs of forecast to be converted to POs.
-Send the POs after receiving the approval to suppliers and ask
suppliers to send confirmation on receiving the POs and the sent
need by date in PO .
-Follow up the supply to be sure that all supply as the need by
date and in tolerance is normal or not to avoid any business
interruption ( that during Oracle system )
- Follow up the payment with the finance to be sure that the
payment was done in due date without any delay .

JOB DUTIES:
- Request the shippig plan from sales .
- Convert the plan to be by trucks .
- Request the trucks to meet the plan
- Ditrbute the plan betwwen 3 factories to match the siping plan .
- Review the actual shipping to be sure that the plan was achieved
- Review with sales about any problems to be resolved and meet all
sales requerment .
